Students of Rezekne Academy of Technologies are provided with accommodation in a well-equipped dormitory in Atbrīvošanas aleja 115.

Welcome to a well-equipped dormitory

The RTA provides all students with a place in a student residence (SR). The building has been insulated, its windows have been replaced, cosmetic repairs have been carried.

In order to take care of students' comfort, ability to pay and take into account different wishes, RTA offers to share the rent with the other tenants of the room or to live separately.

The SR has a magnetic chip access control system and a video surveillance system.

Upon arrival, you will need to present: ID (passport or ID card), payment order (as the DV has a pre-paid system, you must have paid 1 month's rent).

Internal rules of the dormitory Download

SR rent (includes utilities: cold water supply, sewage collection and disposal, waste removal, electricity, heating):

  • EUR 104,00 per month for 1 person in a 4-bedded room;
  • EUR 124,00 per month for 1 person in a 3-bedded room;
  • 2-bedded room for 1 person - EUR 144,00 per month;
  • EUR 168,00 per month for 1 person in a 2-bedded room (area 21,3/19,3 sqm);
  • 1-bedded room for 1 person - EUR 300,00 per month.
  • For part-time/full-time group students, RTA employees per person per night is EUR 20.00.

The following services are available free of charge in the MS: internet, household appliances and equipment in the common areas, hot water.

Applications for SR accommodation should be sent to: viesnica@rta.lv, indicating: name, surname, personal identification number, e-mail address, telephone number, date and time of arrival (e.g. 02.09.2022, 15.30-16.00), declared place of residence, faculty and course, preferred room type.

Applications are processed on working days (until 15.00 on Fridays).

You will receive a reply email from the SR administration with information about the admission possibilities and further actions.

As the SR has a pre-paid system, a payment order must be attached to the application.

After processing your application, you will receive an email confirmation of your successful booking.

You will receive your SR access codes by text message the day before or before 10.00 on the day of your arrival.

Persons with arrears for a previous period will not be admitted.

Persons who do not comply with the application procedure will not be guaranteed admission to the SR at their preferred time.

The SR is equipped with a fire detection and alarm system. If an alarm is heard, an evacuation must be carried out. A plan of action in case of fire (alarm activation) is available in each room.
