What is this course about? The program provides knowledge about project management topics such as resources, costs, time constraints, and project scopes.
Audience: people with and without prior knowledge in the field of project management to build and expand knowledge of project management principles, steps and techniques for successful project management.

Gain knowledge of the elements of the project planning process, including defining project goals and objectives, budget and timeline, implementation and completion.
Knowledge:
Knowledge related to project management theory, terms and concepts, project life cycle is acquired.
Skills:
· to describe the life cycle of a project and skillfully map each stage of the cycle;
· will identify the resources, stakeholders involved in the project, tools and additional materials needed for each stage; the time required to successfully complete the project, taking into account factors such as task dependencies and task duration;
· will be able to develop project scope while taking into account factors such as client requirements and internal/external objectives.
